When developing new digital solutions, Loacker Recycling focuses on customer benefits. By developing our own applications and products, we simplify and optimise processes that are most beneficial to our customers and the environment.

By creating a dedicated digitalisation and innovation department at our headquarters in Austria, we are influencing the development of the industry and positioning ourselves as a pioneer. The new “Digital Services and Solutions” department reflects this orientation even more strongly.

CONTAINER-SHOP

The customer portal has been developed specifically for our trade customers in Austria and includes practical features such as real-time overview of invoices and containers, ordering functionality, easy search and document storage.

It creates transparency for customers, simplifies processes and significantly reduces time. The Loacker customer portal was launched in 2021 in Vorarlberg, Austria, and is already being used by many customers. The continuous development of the portal ensures that we can adapt it even better to our customers’ wishes and needs, and that it offers a range of benefits.

SUSTAINABILITY INFORMATION

Sustainability in the circular economy is a central theme for the entire Loacker Group. In particular, waste recycling offers great potential for reducing or avoiding greenhouse gas emissions. In order to make this potential visible and present it to our customers, we have launched the “Sustainability Information” project.

The aim is to provide our customers with a personalised list of the materials disposed of at Loacker, their recycling routes and the greenhouse gas emissions (CO₂e) saved by recycling these materials. The project has been launched at the headquarters in Vorarlberg, Austria, and will be further expanded.
